There is a need for a strong audit background with experience in the Software industry to help move their clients toward the next plateau in VC funding and potentially towards IPO.

Responsibilities:
Assisting with Audit planning for various clients with a high concentration in the SaaS or Technology industries
Conducting fieldwork and leading a team of several audit staff members to identify key issues and be able to attest to the cleints' financial statements
Must be able to interface with client management and senior leaders to both act as an advisor and provide independent evaluations of the current and future financial position and performance of the client and respective stakeholders
Must understand and work within the time constraints and audit budgets established and know when to escalate issues and potential problems before they occur
Being able to guide and mentor staff is critical for succession planing and the best way to advance your own career
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
2+ years public accounting experience
CPA certification required or must be working towards certification
Technology industry experience preferred
