Accounts Payable Specialist Job Opening in Topsfield, Massachusetts - East Coast Seafood, LLC is an international seafood company seeking to hire a full time Accounts Payable Specialist.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Act as primary contact for all vendors associated with domestic companies
-Receive incoming invoices from vendors and gather supporting documentation to prepare for processing
-Enter data from invoices into the computer system using established vendor codes and distribution accounts
-Prepare check-runs and print computerized checks
-Review vendor statements weekly and reconcile to open A/P records
-Research accounts payable vendor status as needed
-Make ACH payments daily
-File open and paid vendor invoices and maintain files
-As well as other general Accounts payable actions as needed
Qualifications:
Accounts payable experience is preferred
Detail orientated and strong organization & personal skills
Working knowledge of Excel is required
SAP experience is a plus
