Community Liason and Marketing Manager. Job Opening in Overland Park, Kansas - Springview Caring Homes is a well-established Adult Care Homes provider. Role and Responsibilities:
Build and maintain professional relationships with key referral sources including skilled nursing facilities, physician offices, hospitals and assisted living facilities
Provide on-going education regarding Adult Care services and care
Active outreach to families, facilities and referral partners
Regular tracking and reporting of efforts and results
Ability to internalize offered care stories and stress the benefits and value, not just attributes
Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years healthcare sales and marketing experience (e.g., nursing home marketing, pharmaceutical sales, etc.); Adult Care Homes marketing experience preferred, but not necessary
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Well organized and strong time management skills
Positive attitude
A team player who relates to and values all team members? contributions
LPN and/or Bachelor?s degree preferred.

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 /year
