Nurse Practitioner Job Opening in Hammond, Louisiana - We are looking for Nurse Practitioners to join our New Orleans and Covington clinics. We are an integrated Holistic Healthcare Clinic that offers a well-rounded array of services to our patients. Our goal is to heal patients, not cover up symptoms. Some of the services we offer are physical rehabilitation, trigger point massages, chiropractic, wellness/nutrition, weight loss and medical services.
*Responsibilities: *
* Perform physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines.
* Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
* Submit health care plan and goals of individual patients.
* Help patients feel comfortable and earn their trust.
* Recommend forms of treatment to work in tandem with on-staff physicians.
* Educate patients on their condition and how their treatment plan can help them.
*Qualifications: *
* Licensed in Louisiana
* Excellent communication skills and bedside manner
