Job Description:
This position is Full-time
The Clinic Manager maintains all activities related to the conduct of clinical trials at the site including but not limited to:
Ensure the clinic site provides an overall positive experience for our patients
Assist in patient recruitment (social media, radio, TV, calls)
Site schedule management
Organize all patient visits
Ensure study coordinator hours are scheduled appropriately for the patient schedule
Work with physicians to schedule their portion of the patient?s visit
Learning and preparing for new clinical research studies at the site
Attending Investigator Meetings (US based, all expenses paid)
Training new hires
Management of study coordinators (team members?) at the site
Organizes all documentation and regulatory submissions
Assist in setting site specific and company goals
Assist in business development

Manage multiple tasks (and clinical trials) efficiently

Work well with deadlines in a highly fast-paced environment
Have a high level of integrity
Career Development:
Once proven to possess a firm grasp of the end-to-end execution of study protocols, company operations, and recruitment tactics, the Clinic Manager may evolve into a Regional Manager managing multiple of the company?s research sites in a specific geographic area.
Requirements:
B.S or B.A from any accredited University
Previous Research or Healthcare experience is not required
Minimum 2-3 years work experience
Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.

Base + Incentives
