Due to a promotion, we are now recruiting a Customer Relations Representative to work in our US corporate office in Mount Juliet. In this position, you will provide effective customer service and direct sales to our music store dealer base for Sonor and Mapex drums, Hohner harmonicas, accordions, fretted instruments, Hercules stands and accessories. The successful candidate will have a basic knowledge of musical instruments along with two years successful work experience in either a call center or music retail store.
