Inside Sales Representative Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - As a Treatment Consultant you have a profound opportunity to transform the life of an individual suffering from addiction. In this role you provide professional evaluation of AAC services to potential clients and/or family members. This includes taking sales calls, accepting inquiries from individuals referred to American Addiction Centers, explaining services and related costs, conducting telephonic intakes, processing payment and providing guidance on federal regulations
Compensation: Base pay of 40K plus commission - 1st year average 70K to 77K
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree preferred however in lieu of a degree we will consider candidates with 3-5 years of solid sales experience.
Two years sales experience.
Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
Excellent computer-based and telephonic skills.
Exceptional and demonstrable customer service skills.
Ability to strategize, persuade and negotiate.
Strong goal setting skills and goal achievement history.
Ability to multi-task and successfully prioritize workload.
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
If in personal recovery, a minimum of 2 years clean and sober.
Job Duties:
Accept inquiries from individuals referred to AAC, explain services and related costs, conduct intake calls, process payment, and provide guidance on federal regulations
Effectively sell Substance Abuse Professional Services to clients
Enter leads and details of all communications into software database
Meet minimum requirements in the areas of monthly sales calls, closing ratios, rescues, quality and productivity by efficiently answering, initiating and handling calls
Effectively follow-up with pending leads by using appropriate sales methods to increase closing sales ratios.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of AAC protocols and procedures specific to Intake sales
Review and gain knowledge of training materials regarding relevant federal regulation and maintain a general knowledge of all current changes and amendments to industry regulations
Follow and abide by Admission Guidelines
