Hotel Director of Sales Job Opening in Nashville, Tennessee - Are you an experienced Hospitality Sales Manager? Are you tired of spending your days at your desk and not out interacting with your guests and employees? NNP Investment is currently seeking to hire an energetic, confident, Director of Sales.
As our DOS, you will be responsible for all aspects of Sales for a mid-scale property.
Your energy and enthusiasm for taking the hotel to the next level will allow you to excel. You must be very organized and detail oriented. You must be able to get out of the office and sell the hotel!
The key responsibilities of the Sales Manager will include but not be limited to:
Having a proved record of increasing groups, local accounts and meeting production
Reporting once a week on your success and failures and what your objectives and goals for the next week are
Consistently demonstrate a professional attitude and behavior
Understand that you are part of the entire hotel team in a limited service property and may have additional duties
Proven record of increasing all metrics, i.e. RevPar, GOP, OSTAT
Help ensure that our clients? needs are met and that we are bringing in new business while taking care of our current business
Experienced in Rate Negotiation and have an understanding of the Nashville Market
