RCN Technologies is searching for a full time Inside Sales Representative. This position is designed to help drive sales of RCN Technologies. As an Inside Sales Representative you will spend the majority of your time actively on the phone working with partners, wireless reps and customers.
Qualified candidates will know how to:
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service
Job duties include:
Warm calls to new and existing partners and customers to build relationships and gain sales opportunities
Create and send quotes and proposals
Answer inbound calls
Accurate documentation of above duties
Ongoing training in new technologies and methodologies as well as vendor certifications
