Air Conditionng Technician $25/hr. Job Opening in phoenix, Arizona - Air Conditionng Technician $25/hr. We are looking for top technicians. You must be EPA certified. You must have a valid drivers license. You must be able to troubleshoot and repair all brands and models of residential air conditioning equipment. These are minimum requirements. In addition to being able to repair air conditioning equipment, you must also be able to offer our customers quality service. You must be comfortable dealing with customers and performng a thorough system analysis. I don't need parts changers or a jack of all trades. I need an HVAC service *professionals*. We have two forms of compensation. We can pay straight commission or up to $25/hr plus benefits, company truck, on-going training, possibility for advancement. In either pay structure, performance will be measured on a weekly basis. This will include, call backs, sales, service contracts, etc. We are growing rapidly and many of our quality staff have been promoted within the company.
