Qualifications
Demonstrates an understanding of fundamental principles of tax law.
Effectively applies tax knowledge to individual returns and less complex business returns.
Exhibits a desire to understand business transactions and related issues.
Provides research support.
Demonstrates an ability to prepare individual and business tax returns on a timely and efficient basis.
Prepares a completed and organized tax file including appropriate supporting documentation for the tax return.
Prepares clear and concise work papers with definitive conclusions.
Prepares meaningful and well-written recommendations for inclusion in client correspondence.
Demonstrates technical proficiency in a paperless environment.
Exhibits effective communication and listening skills.
Actively participates in professional and community organizations.
Willingness to pro-actively ?champion? an attitude of quality service.
Requirements:
Bachelor?s and/or master?s degree in accounting, tax specialization preferred
CPA certification
At least three years of tax experience in public accounting
Organizes work schedule in a manner that ensures timely and priority-sensitive services to clients
