Responsibilities:
The following is a list of responsibilities that are required but not limited to:
Support OSRs in new England territory
Working with Contract Manufacturers & OEMs to grow business
Working with existing customers to sell complementary products
Communicating with engineers and buyers
Data entry into the Phoenics CRM database
Quoting customers daily with quick turnaround time
Submit Registrations & sample requests to suppliers
Forecasting monthly & qtrly by supplier and staying on budget
Maintaining inventory management programs
Order entry
Set up terms for new customers with operations to establish long relationships
Expediting customer orders
Sharing product roadmap info/product lifecycles & notifying customers of PCN?s issued by suppliers
Being familiar with manufacturers? web sites to download data sheets and all new products/solutions and online portals
Communicates daily via telephone with clients to promote product offerings services and capabilities.
Establish, build and foster relationships internally and externally.
Responds quickly to client information requests and delivery 100% customer satisfaction.
Being able to dig deep with customers about their projects and new designs, next gen products.
Monitor and control response to customer requirements from initial contact to order fulfillment.
Maintain and expand sales with existing accounts through a high level of customer service making decisions for the best solution for the customer and Phoenics.
Coordinates sales effort with field sales, Line managers and suppliers.
Provides customers with up to date product information making price decisions through telephone negotiations evaluating problem accounts and interfacing with manufacturer?s representatives and OEM sales persons.
Analyzes customer past tendencies and practices for the purpose of recommending new product and services.
Monitor & maintain sales and profitability budgets for each OSR in their aggregated territory.
All confidential information provided by the Principle Manufacturer?s must be held in the strictest confidence.
Work with line managers to ensure sufficient product is procured to support your customers
Work closely with operations to ensure that Phoenics gets paid by our customers
Work with Principle Manufacturer?s ecosystem partners to further Phoenics business
Opportunity tracker needs to be updated to for supplier reviews & tracking purposes
Understanding shipping costs on all shipments from Far East to Local and factor in costs when quoting our customers. COGS
Requirements:
Must have some semiconductor knowledge and experience in distribution.
Must be able to type 60+wpm and be able to work excel, word, powerpoint and internet savvy.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
