Pacific Service Center is a Portland, Oregon based company that specializes in fleet vehicle repair, maintenance, and customization. Our growing business is looking for a competitive Outside Sales Representative to increase sales for our Pacific Service Center Graphics Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, following up on potential leads, and generating sales from new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all sales activities for assigned accounts.
Understand the customer?s needs and match products to those needs.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory sales reports.
Requirements
Must have a valid Driver?s License.
Proven sales experience (knowledge of truck and van equipment a plus).
A track record of exceeding sales goals.
Experience working with CRM, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks.
Proven analytical/problem solving solutions for the customer and the company.
Possess strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and driven.
Work requires significant local travel and may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work.
Bachelor?s degree and 5+ years of proven experience, or equivalent combination of both.
Compensation
Base salary plus commission DOE. Competitive benefits package. This is a full-time exempt position.
