Job responsibilities include:
Maintain professional communication with customers and peers while using cross-functional company resources and tools.
Engage customers using soft skills while solving issues, providing end-to-end solutions with fast and accurate processing of transactions.
Ensure Store cleanliness and merchandising standard execution.
Diagnose and solve problems for personal and business account customers.
Actively listen to customers and sell solutions that are exactly what they need.
Be an advisor for customers in order to provide the right solutions the first.
Show off your tech-savvy side by presenting our products and services as vital solutions.
Use your influencing skills to generate additional lines of service to increase revenue.
Basic Qualifications:
Prior experience with recommending products, services or solutions to others
6 months experience actively using and learning about consumer Cell Phones
Prior experience in a team environment requiring clear, professional and effective communication
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree Preferred
2 years customer service and sales experience
Strong wireless technical experience a plus
Be able to integrate information from multiple online resources.
Be able to adapt to changes at work (products, services, policies).
Be willing to sell wireless to customers.
Be able to work anytime from 9 a.m. ? 9 p.m 5 days a week.
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, intense, and results-oriented environment.
Be willing to learn and be responsible for a wide variety of product and service information and able to multi-task by listening to the customer, sharing information, and troubleshooting issues.
Have the ability to work with frustrated customers and be able to effectively and efficiently handle this type of call
6 months experience working in customer service or sales
