Sales Lead Job Opening in Omaha, Nebraska - AllyAlign Health seeks an outgoing, goal-oriented, and driven individual to serve as an Engagement Specialist for our Institutional Special Needs Plans (I-SNPs). We are adding to our sales team, a group of energetic individuals who travel across the country to serve as a sales lead in enrolling our partner nursing home residents into our health plans.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with Plan Liaisons to effectively enroll residents in to I-SNP?s;
Successfully utilize sales closing skills to drive enrollments;
Customarily and regularly in the field to facilitate enrollment efforts in each facility according to a specified marketing plan;
Serve as a licensed insurance agent to explain Plan benefits and answer questions;
Ability to travel throughout the year, with heavier travel (around 85%) October through January;
Ability to learn and maintain Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services rules and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree;
Driver's License;
Comfortable in a nursing home environment;
Assertive, self-starter and able to influence others;
Impressive skills;
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to deliver presentations in an impactful manner;
Ability to pass the state Insurance Producer exam within three weeks time and maintain licensure;
A strong proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite products;
General sales, experience, and an understanding of Medicare/Medicaid knowledge a plus.
