OFFICE INTERVIEWERS & RECRUITERS: We are looking for enthusiastic, sociable, resourceful, and results-driven individuals to recruit and interview respondents for market research studies conducted at our office. Communication skills are vital and you must be professional to interact with clients and respondents. Experience in Sales or Customer Service a plus! Part time and full time positions available. Ideal for those seeking flexible working hours or going to school.
Job Description :
Productively use time to approach any and all potential respondents within the designated recruiting area and persuade respondents to participate in surveys or interviews.
Read all screening questions verbatim to respondents in order to verify their qualifications
Accurately and legibly record all responses to screening questions for tracking purposes
Accurately and legibly fill out and turn in all necessary tally sheets & sample
Attend briefings on projects not previously worked on. Make supervisors aware if in need of a briefing
Make supervisors immediately aware when not assigned to a project
Make supervisors or managers aware of any questionnaire problems or variances
Escorts qualified respondents to the office to complete interviews
Make supervisors or managers aware when of any possible validation issues with respondents
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and professional office appearance
Position Qualifications: Ability to read and write English; Familiarity with computers; Ability to perform simple mathematic equations; Ability to use simple office machines such as calculator, fax machine, scanner, copier, etc
