METRO ATLANTA SALES REPRESENTATIVE Job Opening in Atlanta, Georgia - EASYTRIM REVEALS
Our head office and warehouse is located in Calgary. We manufacture and sell aluminum trim systems for lap siding, fiber cement panel and aluminum composite materials (ACM), primarily in the United States and Canada. Our products are cutting edge technology and highly innovative. With many patents in place or pending, EasyTrim has laid the path for our bright future. To secure the business in Atlanta we are looking for an aggressive sales rep to join our team.
METRO SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As a Metro Sales Rep working from your home office in Atlanta, you will be a senior member of our winning US sales team. Your primary job is to generate and grow new business and to successfully convert target audience to using EasyTrim Products.
FOCUS
Your focus is on managing and supporting local builders, dealers, installers, architects and developers in the Boston and surrounding area. You are a star at building strong long term relationships, growing new business in a challenging market providing solutions to the needs of current and future construction designs. You main focus will be on converting architects and installers away from competitive ACM products and/or upselling our high value product items to builders and developers.
You are organized, calculated and persistent with passion and dedicated drive for success. You have a proven and verifiable track record in business to business sales and you?re able to handle and close on objections. You understand Market Development principles and you know how to accelerate products up the adoption curve, shifting a market. You are a high performer in your current role but you are eager for a new challenge of growing a new innovative product in a competitive market segment. You are comfortable handling constant pressure for growth in your job and you want to stand out among your peers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Master Degree is preferred
Bachelor degree is a must (in preferred)
5 years of more Proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads by managing a territory and selling activities of premium value-add products
Residency in Atlanta, ability to work in the US
Experience with market development concepts such as adoption lifecycle, market development checklist, and STP (segmenting / targeting / positioning) based on sustaining products and innovations
Experience working for an innovative company where the focus is on value selling, not price
Excellent presentation skills before both small and large groups
Experience with a start-up company is a plus
COMPENSATION
Compensation will include a competitive salary of $120,00 OTE and up including an attractive commission structure. It also includes car allowance, cell phone, laptop, an inspiring work environment and an awesome team setting.
