Total Tool Supply, Inc. a 40 year old company in the construction supply industry is currently looking to fill an Accounts Payable position in our Accounting department.
Overview
The accounts payable clerk is responsible for the payment of goods and services purchased by the organization. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed for the purchasing and payment of goods and services.
Essential Functions

Processes invoices into computer system.
Opens mail daily.
Processes check requests, garnishments and tax payments, ensuring all appropriate approvals have been received.
Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, franchisees and others regarding purchases.

This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
