Job Responsibilities:
Prospecting for new leads through OUTBOUND CALLS , texts, video emails, and chat.
Service inbound calls.
Manage contacts in CRM.
Consistently nurture and follow-up with viable leads to convert into scheduled opportunities.
Keep track of sent opportunities, completed tasks, and goals/performance benchmarks.
Qualifications:
Exceptional phone etiquette.
Motivation to meet and exceed goals.
High proficiency and aptitude for software and tech tools.
Strong writing skills - grammar and spelling count.
Problem solving.
