Sales and Marketing Manager Job Opening in Lone Tree, Colorado - KMC University provides Chiropractors across the United States with tools and solutions to improve and maintain the reimbursement and compliance performance of their practice, delivered with maximum effectiveness, innovation, and ease of implementation. We are currently looking for a results-driven Manager of Sales and Marketing to plan and implement sales, marketing, and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets.
Duties and Responsibilities Develops and implements strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve company objectives for products and services.
Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to the leadership team.
Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
Develop and follow up on business leads.
Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.
Represents company at conferences, trade association meetings, and various events to promote the company, memberships, and products.
Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
The ability to travel up to 30%.
Minimum Qualifications
Solid written and oral communication skills with all stakeholders
Successful sales track record with a customer/client focus
The ability to be a mentor and leader who empowers others, while motivating and inspiring people to engage
The ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
Proven track record of being a solution-oriented problem solver who acts
Proficient in MS Office products
Sales Force experience a plus
Constant Contact experience preferred
Required Education and Experience Bachelor?s degree in sales, marketing or business administration OR equivalent number of years of experience
Five (5) years of related experience with progressive management experience.
