Lumber Sales Support Job Opening in Carthage, Arkansas - Idaho Timber is seeking a Lumber Sales Support Specialist at its sawmill in Carthage, Arkansas.
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Performing wide variety of day to day clerical and office duties
- Manage inbound and outbound freight
- Prepare professional correspondence, agreements, reports and other documents for sales staff
- Daily & monthly reports
- Calling prospective customers (will train)
- Performing other projects and duties as assigned
Required Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn sales techniques
- Outgoing and engaging personality and willingness to cold call prospective accounts
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Relevant office experience required
