Area Sales Manager Job Opening in Little Rock, Arkansas - Looking for a passionate, motivated Fundraiser Sales Manager for our Sales department, who will be responsible for managing, developing and executing sales strategies to maximize sales, promote our brands, and grow relationships with wholesale customers (specialty retail stores, majors, big boxes and fashion websites). We are looking for individuals with experience in the fashion industry, a track record of success in wholesale sales, and experience working with large & small accounts. Women's & Men's clothing experience is a MUST. Perfect job for stay-at-home parent or parent looking to work during school hours.
* Actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities* Make outbound prospecting calls and emails to potential clients* Utilize email messaging platform to engage with customers* Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.* Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.* Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.* Qualify leads and conduct in-depth needs assessments of potential clients* Create and maintain a database of all prospects and clients via the CRM system* Maintain current knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred (not required) 3-5+ years of relevant experience required in outside sales experience is a MUST. In-depth understanding of women's and men's apparel market required Ability to effectively collaborate with Design counterparts to merchandise the line Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills Team-oriented and outgoing Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Fluent in retail math Proficient in Microsoft Office Position will be located in Little Rock, AR.
