Position Summary
The Business Process Associate is tasked to assist in developing, planning and executing lean process and change management processes both internally and externally for clients and providers. This role assists in developing the continuous lean process improvement program and works with other departments in the defining of current standard operating procedures, and documentation through the re-invention of those processes to improve efficiency both operationally and technologically. Works with Training team to ensure the process is adopted throughout the company. This position also works with clients to understand the client?s processes and needs and translating them through gap analysis into requirements, documentation, and training while assuring the client?s needs are managed and understand/are aware of any additional features.
The ideal candidate should be a high energy, results oriented technical leader who can manage the day-to-day operations and technology support to a team of employees. It?s preferred for the candidate to have some
knowledge in change management and lean process program implementation as well as current systems technologies. Successful candidates demonstrate a process driven approach and ability to create both Operational and Technical artifacts and demonstrate the ability to easily relate to, onboard, and work with mixed personalities to produce operationally efficient engagements.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties (Primary Responsibilities) include the following:
? Works with Business Process Consultant and departmental leadership throughout the strategic planning process. Participates in the process to prioritize and scope future lean process projects and initiatives. Formalizes near-term and long-term plans to execute strategy.
? Assist in developing standard operational procedures and documentation in conjunction with involved departments and stakeholders.
? Works with Business Process Consultant and department leadership and stakeholders in developing change management plans, training and documentation then executes and manages change process acting as project manager throughout process to completion.
? Works with sales, operations, accounting and IT in the onboarding of clients to ensure client requirements are documented and clearly understood. Aids in the development of any customization proposals and client education of relevant features, system requirements or data interchange.

Education and/or Experience Associate?s degree or equivalent and/or one to two years prior experience in a similar position.
Salary - Commensurate with experience
