We are seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a long term care setting. Candidates must have strong employee relations skills, interviewing and selection, previous experience processing payroll, benefit administration and compensation.
Qualifications Include:
Previous experience as an HR Manager, preferably in long term care. Knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to employment. Strong background in recruitment and selection. Previous experience in processing of payroll for more than 50 employees. Strong employee relations and interpersonal skills.
