We have an immediate need for a high caliber Human Resources Manager. This individual will play a visible and strategic role in a rapidly growing organization that is committed to changing healthcare for the better through ?safely healing patients while having fun doing it?.

Job Opportunity Snapshot:
Manage the implementation, administration and operation of functional HR services including payroll at MHC headquarters in Cleveland Ohio and at service sites in 4 states.
Provide professional level service and results as it pertains to employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits.
Run new employee orientation program that fosters positive attitudes toward company goals and overall philosophy.
Maintain records of insurance coverage and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers and terminations. Investigate accidents and prepare reports for insurance carriers.
Ensure that issues are handled in a consistent legal manner (Federal, State, Local) or through adherence to company policy and philosophy.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree with 2-5 years of human resources experience preferably supporting multiple business locations.
Must demonstrate enthusiasm, a sense of urgency and follow-through while maintaining confidentiality.
Ability to prioritize multiple daily tasks to ensure work is completed timely with minimal supervision.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with computer applications.
Ability to build strong working relationships in a team environment.
Organized, detail oriented, creative and resourceful.
