Billing & Reimbursement Manager Job Opening in Germantown, Maryland - Horizon Vascular Specialists, a premier surgical practice with locations in Montgomery and Frederick Counties, is currently recruiting for a Billing & Reimbursement Manager to become a key member of their management team. The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
* Bachelors or Associates degree in business, accounting, finance or healthcare management
(equivalent experience may be substituted for education)
* 10 plus years of healthcare accounts receivable experience
* 5 years of supervisory experience
* Excellent computer and electronic medical record skills
* Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Mid-Atlantic commercial insurance billing, coding and collection practices
* Proficient in project management of third-party payers, including contractual payment terms, managing fee schedules, appeals processes and denials
* CPT Coding or Insurance Specialists certification
