Job description
Processing, transmission, tracking, collection and archiving of manufacturer advertisement and promotional reimbursement claims as well as BQF expense reimbursement claims. Position will be responsible for periodic commission?s calculations on a monthly or quarterly basis. In addition, the position is responsible for transmitting. summarizing, accounts receivable tracking, aging receivables collections and processing bank deposits of commissions received.
Other duties include, assisting the President with Sales Review Presentations for manufacturers. This involves collecting data for specific time periods, interprets and extracts data from Microsoft Excel reports utilizing Pivot tables and sorts. Generates charts, graphs and narratives from retailer?s data via power point presentation software.
Requirements

A customer-service oriented attitude, excellent interpersonal skills with team members, manufacturers, local distributors and retail business partners. Enthusiastic personality, alert, focused, and intermediate to advanced computer skills with office productivity software.
Must be able to manage emails, texting, proficient at excel, word, power point, pivot tables, possesses strong communication skills. Position's work schedule may vary depending upon business needs..
Education: Two or Four year college degree preferred. Will consider current undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration related degree (i.e. Finance, Accounting, and Marketing).
