Position Overview:
Lead and guide the U.S. Coast Guard?s Application Product Lines Enterprise (APLES) program
Responsibilities:
Provide senior level management and oversight for the contract as a whole as well as all task orders issued under the contract
Serve as senior level contract management, interfacing with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR), OSC Command Staff, as well as other Government management personnel to ensure that all Contract deliverables and requirements are met.
Organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex and inter-related project tasks.
Provide senior level oversight and management of contract/task order budgeting/cost management, management and overall contract/task order operations.
Manage substantial software development contract support operations including multiple projects.
Maintain and manage the customer interface at the senior levels of the customer organization.
Perform enterprise wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs.
Provide supervisory oversight and guidance to multiple project control specialists.
Develop and enforce work standards.
Requirements:
US Citizen
Active Clearance is preferred
Minimum of ten years' Program Management experience, at least years specifically designated as a PM on a contract of comparable size, scope and complexity.
MS Degree in IT Systems Management, Business Administration, Contract Administration or equivalent
U.S. Coast Guard or DHS experience required
Experience with leading teams composed of information management professionals involved in analysis, design, integration, testing, documenting, modernizing and implementing IT technologies
Program management experience and expertise in the following knowledge areas is desired:
