Insides Sales Account manager
Job Description
The Inside Sales Account manager will handle all the inside sales and brand management. The Account Manager will need to promote our company's clients while understanding the consumers? needs.
Key Responsibilities
Inside sales and account management
Customer service
Assisting with new orders
Opportunities to move into a lead role where additional responsibilities would include:
Managing a small team
Developing and teaching effective sales strategies
Tracking industry trends
Conducting corporate training classes
Field training
Goal-setting for a small team of salespeople
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent working experience
2-3 years of experience in retail, sales, or marketing
Ability to quickly learn through corporate classroom-style training and hands on field training
Proven track record of effective leadership
Confidence and effective communication skills (i.e., a ?people person")
Professional image
Strong verbal / written communication
Negotiation and presentation skills
