Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Chicago, Illinois - Sales Representative
Location: Chicago area ? 100% remote + travel around the Midwest
Qualifying, evangelizing and selling products/services using insightful arguments to prospective customers
Project manage the entire sales process ? develop customer stakeholders map, setup meetings, coordinate resources, follow up etc.
Personality, Personality, Personality ? establishing, developing, maintaining positive customer relationships
Ability to hold their own with client Executives ? articulate, polished, knowledgeable, engaging, consultative
Highly enterprising attitude ? ability to handle objections, move sales process to next stages with urgency
Location is Chicago metro (work from home); ability to manage daily activities without presence of local supervisor
Cold calling, prospecting, pipeline building at a future time, once they become proficient in downstream sales activities
Will work closely with Presales organization that would provide subject matter and technical support throughout the sales cycle ? demos, domain knowledge, IT conversations, ROI development etc.
About the Requirements
3-5 years of sales experience ; mid level experience and very coachable
Sales experience with Enterprise software companies OR sales experience in other industries such as Real Estate, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Financial services; we can train the right candidate on the Enterprise software skills needed!!
Highly networked in local markets where target Executives have presence ? conferences, professional societies, social outlets such as country clubs, etc.
High IQ candidates ? high GPA from leading universities is a big plus; Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, Business or Management required
Strong presentation and communication skills (actor, grammarian, orator, televangelist, and counselor)
Technology proficient (master of Microsoft Office, user of , Twitter, Salesforce etc.)
Travel: 80%-90% - within local metro/state
