That leaves you the fun our customers the best possible vehicle at the lowest possible price in the shortest amount of time. Haggle free and fully transparent. Your job as an automotive sales executive is to be the customer advocate.
Your training will consist of a 5 day class room setting and an on the job mentoring program to work with you daily to help you give our customers an upfront and transparent buying experience.
AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain relationships with customers and all Gengras employees.
Determine each customer?s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Demonstrate new and used vehicles (including test drives).
Deliver vehicles to customers ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle?s operating features, warranty and paperwork.
Learn our in house customer software and follow up system.
Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat/referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better use time, and plan more effectively.
Continually engage in the sales training offered by Gengras Motor Cars.
AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT REQUIREMENTS
Follow our negotiation free sales process that we will train you on fully.
Thoroughly understand new products, features, accessories and their benefits to customers.
Manage the extensive leads you are afforded in our customer
Attend daily sales meetings.
Sell new and used vehicles and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Able to remember tasks/assignments.
Possess attention span in order to remain focused on assignments.
AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT QUALIFICATIONS
If you are an engaging individual we will train you on our sales process.
Completed a Sales Training program.
Strong customer retention in any industry.
Customer advocate
Presentation skills
Strong communication skills
