Job Function: The Analyst is responsible for much of the regular analysis and reporting activities of the Finance Department; particularly in the areas of sales, marketing channels, and margins for all the various brands.
Responsibilities
Create, develop, maintain executive dashboards displaying key performance indicators
Prepare reports and analysis detailing divisional metrics and initiatives to include recommended changes for improvements
Assess methods for collecting data; improve the value and structure of metrics and reporting
Manipulate and integrate data from several sources to design comprehensive reports
Identify trends across time and/or data sources to draw meaningful conclusions and provide appropriate briefings to management
Other duties within the finance and operations group, as required.
Required
Bachelor?s degree in business, statistics, accounting or related field required.
2+ years professional experience
Extensive knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and other data visualization tools. Tableau experience a plus.
Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate complex subject matters to senior management.
Ability to establish priorities, multi-task, and complete objectives in a fast-paced work environment.
Exercises strong operational judgment; demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work independently.
Professional, friendly, and positive communication style.
