Program Director Job Opening in Brattleboro, Vermont - NFI VT is excited to announce the expansion of the NFI Hospital Diversion Program to an additional program site located in Brattleboro, Vermont. With an anticipated opening in November of 2017, this short term (7-10 days) crisis stabilization program will serve youth ages 10 to 18. This project is in collaboration with Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services (HCRS). The Program Director will be directly involved in the design of programming and facilities, and recruiting, training and supervision of staff. In addition, this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with regional partners, as well the oversight of administrative, clinical, and budget responsibilities of the program. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years clinical experience, and skills as a supervisor with excellent communication and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment. Master?s Degree in a human service field and licensure as a mental health professional or pursuit of licensure is required.
