Delivery Driver Job Opening in Manchester, New hampshire - Currently looking for full time Class A Delivery Drivers to fill openings with the Manchester, NH operations of a regional wholesale distributor. Interested candidates should have delivery experience and hold a Class A Commercial Driver's License and current DOT medical card (required) with clean driving record.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Deliver dry, refrigerated and frozen products to convenience stores, gas stations and other retail establishments
Use a hand truck to unload floor loaded delivery products
Service regular accounts by collecting returns, refusals, and empty containers
Collect funds as required
Operate a Class A Tractor/Trailer combination safely and in compliance with DOT and state regulations
Communicate with support staff on any issues of delivery, product, or collection
QUALIFICATIONS:
Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDLA) and current DOT card (REQUIRED) with clean driving record
Excellent driving, delivery, and customer service skills
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of DOT regulations
Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds and make deliveries with a hand-truck
Ability to work with customers, Departments
