Compliance Analyst Job Opening in Nashua, New hampshire - One of our valued clients in the Greater Nashua area is seeking a Compliance Analyst to add to their team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct time of trade and batch monitoring of fixed income portfolio investment opportunities to adhere to internal and external guidelines.
Research any compliance issues while working with management to resolve issues
Identify any issues impacting the portfolios in departments policies and procedures
Interact daily with trading room personnel and portfolio managers
Work closely with legal team to address any interpretations of rules or for legal guidance
Prepare and analyze ad hoc reports
Participate to department-wide initiatives in support of individual, and team goals
Maintain files with company requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting
Must possess strong analytical and communication skill
Strong organizational skills
Must have strong understanding of fixed income securities markets
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be a team player
