Provide administrative and clerical support for the Accounts Payable function and the Hyde Park Accounting Department

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Provides support to the A/P leader
Posting of invoices
Process 80-100 checks per weekly check run
Work with 500+ vendors
Must be a good detective who knows how to uncover and resolve vendor and billing issues
Must be able to work well under pressure and aggressive deadlines
Must strive for process improvements and finding ways to make things better
Qualifications
Bachelor?s degree in Business or Equivalent
3-5 years experience in A/P
Must have working knowledge of Great Plains and be able to hit the ground running without GP training
Strong Excel
Strong written and oral communications
Complete team player

$30K annual
