Well established and successful real estate agency has an immediate opening for a full time licensed Real Estate Sales Manager in our very busy, high profile office located in Windham New York. We are seeking a skilled, self-motivated, customer service minded and seasoned team Leader to manage and grow our team of agents, as well assist agents with closing sales. The team Leader will be mentored and supported by a prominent Attorney/Broker and will report directly to the Broker and Office Manager. All inquires will go solely to Attorney/Broker and shall be held in absolute strictest confidence. Brokerage is proven and well respected.

It not only brings awareness and donations to the Prostate Cancer Foundation but brings in thousands of people to our local community.
Responsibilities of Real Estate Sales Manager:
Recruit new agents and help to retain existing agents
Provide training, coaching, management and support to all agents
Motivate and assist agents with closing sales
Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings
Approve all contracts and related forms signed by agents
Keep records of agents productivity
Work with agents to improve performance, motivate agents to close sales
Set goals with agents and follow up routinely to make sure they are on target to reach goals
Resolve conflict between agents
Report on sales activities to top management
Oversee lead generation websites
Business Plans (Help team agents build their plans and surpass their goals.)
with Broker and Office Manager to maximize Team Leader role
Key Attributes:
Proven track record of sales experience
Must have strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and keep up in a fast paced environment
Self-directed; ability to work both independently and in team environment
Strong organizational abilities
Professional demeanor and attire
Requirements:
Must be licensed Realtor in the State of New York
5 years of real estate experience a must
Solid knowledge of real estate regulations and practices
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Job Type: Full-time, Saturday?s required
Compensation: $75,000 comprised of base salary plus override
