Automotive BDC Representative Responsibilities:
Automotive BDC experience is preferred but will train candidates with customer service and/or telephone contact experience.
Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time.
We want friendly upbeat people who like talking on the phone and helping people find answers to customer's questions about our extensive line of products.
Ability to address and answer customer requests via phone and e-mail skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task.
Ability to follow instructions to perform tasks for Business Development Manager.
Ability to encourage customers to schedule appointments.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Determination to effectively follow-up with customers.
Dependable and compliant in following assigned work schedule which will include nighttime and weekend hours.
Basic knowledge of computers.
We want to hire only the best so you must pass a drug test and a background check and have a valid NYS driver's license.
Automotive BDC Representative Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of BDC dealership experience
Excellent Communication Skills
Must be flexible with hours and days worked. Evening and Weekends included
Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
Ability to control the phone conversation around client requirements and demands
Possess great customer service skills
Ability to multi task
Proven phone skills in a selling environment
Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
Clean background and driving record
Team oriented with the desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
Required Experience:
At least 2 years of BDC dealership experience
Bilingual a plus
