Outside Sales Representative Job Opening in Coppell, Texas - The Outside Salesperson is an integral part of our company. We are searching for an Outside Sales Representative candidate that has experience working with engine parts and ground engaging tools, or GET (end bits, blades, excavator sidecutter, track shoes, cutting edges, etc.) The candidate should be highly organized, detail oriented, and posses strong time management skills. Excellent writing, Communication, and proofreading skills are necessary. Bilingual English and Spanish highly preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities
Presenting, promoting and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market?s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Provide exceptional customer service
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
Associates Degree in Business
2+ years of experience as a Sales Manager
Fully bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
Must have effective communication skills both written and verbal
Microsoft Software experience is a plus (Outlook, Word and Excel)
AS400 experience a plus
