Regional Sales Manager Job Opening in New Berlin, Wisconsin - We are working with a Milwaukee area client in need of an experienced Regional Sales Manager! This position would report to the National Sales :
Responsible for working with customers in the dairy, food and beverage industries in the assigned territory.
Develop new prospects and accounts, using product knowledge to sell products as well as analyze needs, advice on equipment purchases, answer technical questions, and recommend solutions to grow potential sales opportunities through education based selling.
Evaluate potential opportunities and determine if they are a good fit for the company.
Works with other departments to ensure quotes are delivered in a timely manner and any customer issues within the territory are resolved promptly.
Daily use of the systems to maintain the database of prospects and customers.
Represent the company through various prospecting methods including phone, web meetings and regional industry groups and events.
Advise management of strengths and weaknesses of products and services compared to the competition.
Prepare emails, letters, quotes, and orders and send information to customers in absence of Sales Administrative Assistance.
Meeting or exceeding quota annually assigned to territory.
Prepare expense and call report weekly.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
5+ years of experience in business to business sales in the food processing, dairy, beverage or brewing industries is required.
Excellent customer service skills is required.
Strong communication, presentation, and organization skills needed.

Salary: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year
