SUMMARY:
The Regional Clinical Director assumes accountability and management for field support functions, primarily direct supervision of the field administrators for specified geographic areas including Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus, as well as additional markets due to growth for the achievement of clinical excellence outcomes, continuity of services, regulatory compliance, patient and employee satisfaction in a manner that supports fiscal responsibility and profitable growth. Expected Revenue accountability for approximately $60M. Responsible for assisting in developing, overseeing and adhering to a corporate and agency level budget. Will back up the VP of Patient Services, RN for Passport/Private Duty, and Administrator when needed. The Regional Clinical Director provides oversight for the Administrators in management of office operations, staffing, and patient care in assigned geographical areas. The Regional Clinical Director understands and practices all legal and company rules and regulations. Travel Requirement, as needed. Estimated 50-75%.
QUALIFICATIONS:
: Non-Clinical with five years of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare, or related health programs preferred OR Licensed, Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist, training and experience in home health care. Expertise and Homecare background for multiple sites preferred.
