GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Order Fulfillment process is completed accurately and efficiently each and every time.
Process orders through PC Workstation.
Perform Picking, Packing, Stocking and other general warehouse tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Position requires ability to perform pick/pack work, along with basic inventory skills.
Ability to accurately and consistently process orders on a daily basis.
Ability to read part numbers and differentiate products by type and item number.
Ability to read small print accurately and repeatedly.
Ability to operate a PC (Windows) workstation to effectively interface with Inventory Management Systems and Integrated Shipping Systems.
Must have effective verbal communication skills with both supervisors and hourly team members.
SPECIFIC PERFORMANCE:
Pick, process, and ship customer orders.
Re-Stock inventory items in both bulk and local stock locations.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders throughout the day.
Observe processes with an eye toward process improvement and effectively communicate suggestions to dept. supervisor.
Process international orders, including all documentation required.
Maintain a safe, neat, and clean Warehouse environment at all times.
Observe all safety guidelines.
Must be able to for a full shift, lift 50lbs regularly and up-to 80lbs as required.
