Maintence Technician Job Opening in Bedford, New hampshire - Bedford Nursing & Rehabilitation Center (BNRC) is now hiring a part-time Maintenance Technician to support our facility. The Maintenance Technician works with the maintenance team and reports the Director of Maintenance. The primary responsibilities of this job include:
Plumbing repairs
Repair/Replace door hardware and locks
Appliance repair and installation
Electrical repairs
Roofing inspection and minor roof repair
HVAC troubleshooting
Minor carpentry repair
Painting
Cleaning and grounds maintenance
Other tasks as needed to maintain the facility and property
Compliance with OSHA regulations and state/federal regulations
Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred. A high school education or equivalent is required.
