This is truly an opportunity for someone with strong ED background to utilize their leadership experience in a service-related, customer-focused industry for short term interim assignments
Interim Responsibilities include:
- Leads the day to day operations of the community, including full P & L responsibility.
- Leads the development and implementation of all company strategies regarding customer service, occupancy, staffing, and quality control.
-Builds strong relationships in local community, networking, and referral sources for resident referrals.
-Builds high performing team and customer service levels.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or business administration.
- A minimum of five years experience in Assisted Living or retirement living community management. Successful history of building sales and achieving financial performance.
- Strong management skills, including the ability to communicate performance expectations.
- the ability to travel to communities in all states is a must along with possible overnight stays
