Production Operator Job Opening in Hebron, Kentucky - We are a rapidly growing company based in Northern Kentucky (Cincinnati area) that manufactures powder flavors. We are looking for highly motivated and energetic people to join our rapidly growing team.
Experience: 2-5 years work experience (manufacturing environment a plus)

Job Role: Production Operator. Working in a manufacturing environment. Flexibility to work all shifts. Plant operates 7 x 24, 5-7 days per week.
Hours per Week: 50 (includes Overtime)
Job Description: This position requires the ability to perform various tasks in a team-oriented environment of a rapidly growing company. Key talents that are critical to an ideal job performance include: good math skills, able to follow a time line of production, detail oriented, and a willingness to learn new procedures and tasks. Computer literacy is a plus. Previous production experience is not critical but a strong work ethic and strict adherence to procedures is required. This role may also be occasionally asked to perform functions outside of this job description, that relate to general plant performance. General responsibilities include, but are not limited to liquid mixing operations, production line operation support, finished product pack out, general cleaning and assorted other tasks.
Liquid mixing operations
Follows established procedures and protocol including: i) Equipment setup and operation; ii) Troubleshooting and Problem resolution; iii) Clean up and breakdown of operation and iv) Follows safety procedures and requirements.
Production operations support
Support the production/other operators as needed, may be required to fill in for operations, equipment setup & operation and collects powder from dryer.
Powder pack-out operations
Assists in collecting and packing production (finished product) and samples, assists in clean-up of pack out room, operates various pack out equipment
General cleaning
Maintains production areas to best practices, maintains warehouse, and production floor to best practices.

Salary: $15.00 to $20.00 /hour
