Healthcare Representative Job Opening in Louisville, Kentucky - Healthcare CSR to work with marketing team and outside referral sources, along with patients, to verify insurance, enter patient demographics into Brightree system, create sales orders in system, discuss payment responsibility, setup delivery / pickup schedule, etc.
Candidates must possess the following experience:
2 years working in a medical facility (2 years on the same job), verifying insurance, scheduling appointments
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to type at least 40wpm
Possess phone etiquette skills
