Overview of the Job & What You?d Be Doing:
The Account Manager role will work directly with employers and employee benefit brokers and assisting them with the completion of their ACA reporting.
Making sure they understand our software, helping them with any issues or confusion they might have with ACA reporting in the software. Sometimes this means ?troubleshooting? the software with them.
Answer questions over the phone, email, or through tickets - Making sure the client is heard and is connected with the correct person (i.e. if they need to pay an invoice they are connected with accounting).
Keeping open communication with clients making sure they understand where their company stands in reporting and what they need to do next.
Keep internal systems up to date with all client interactions.
You must be able to work Monday ? Friday 8:30 ? 5:00, with extended hours possible during peak times of the year (approximately January ? March).

Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and email etiquette
Additional Desired Qualities:
Background in employee benefits, group insurance, or HR is a huge plus
