If so, as Senior Tax Manager for The Hultquist Firm, you will be the entrepreneurial process and people driver of our tax department. Hultquist is an organization that sees our role as a strategic advisor to business owners helping them to reduce their tax burdens and drive more to the bottom line. We are not your ordinary CPA firm, and we are looking for a not-so-ordinary tax director who wants to be in control of your own destiny. Specifically, as Senior Tax Manager, you will:
Hire, lead, manage and hold accountable tax professionals in executing their work
Develop systems and processes that improve efficiency, quality and value delivered to our clients
Provide overall P&L responsibility for our tax department
Provide innovative solutions and value to clients that drives repeat and incremental business
Articulate a unique value proposition and approach to prospective clients
This is a hands on role for a smart, talented leader. We are not a large firm, so there is no bureaucracy, but there is a requirement to make an impact.

This is a full-time position with performance-based pay and lots of upside opportunity for the right leader. 5-8 years demonstrated tax knowledge, CPA license, as well as proven player/coach leadership ability a must.
