Credit Manager Job Opening in Greenville, South carolina - The Corporate Credit Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of credit and collections, including managing the credit team
Required Skills and Experience
BS Degree in finance, accounting, business required.
MBA preferred
A minimum of 5 years credit and collections management experience
Collection experience in a manufacturing or distribution industry required
Advanced Software skills. SAP or related ERP, Excel, powerpoint
Leadership skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Negotiation skills
Responsibilities :
Leadership and management of a multi-faceted credit department and personnel
Obtain/maintain knowledge of multi-state collection, lien, and bond laws
Directing new account credit applications
Collection management
Relationship development and maintenance with customers and sales/ operations personnel
Dispute resolution and facilitation of customer payment
Consultation with attorneys and collection agencies
Report significant issues and Department results to Senior Management
