Relief Night Auditor- Part Time Job Opening in North Charleston, South carolina - Night Auditor would be responsible for greeting, registering, and checking guest out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks:
-Greet all guests in a pleasant and professional manner
-Completes the guest registration and check out procedures
-Answers telephone, transfer calls
-Makes hotel reservations for guests, including changes and cancellation
-Follows proper credit card procedures
-Responds to all guest needs and requests in a timely fashion
-Understands hotel service and programs
-Knowledgeable of geographical area and points of interest
-Collects payment for all guests at check in and check out.
-Keeps Front Office and Lobby area clean, vacuumed and dusted daily
-Responsible for maintaining breakfast bar: Restocking, packing/unloading, clean up, etc..
-Maybe required to lift up to 51lbs
-Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
-Good verbal skills
-Have reliable transportation
As Night Auditor you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. The hours for this shift are from 12am-8am
